- All orders for physical items (prasadam, selected ritual items, souvenirs) are typically processed
within 1-2 business days after your booking or purchase.

For puja packages that include a physical prasad shipment, dispatch occurs after the ritual is completed
and the prasad is prepared for sending. (If you have time-sensitive needs, choose express shipping or
contact us directly.)
Tip: If your service includes a live puja or special date, we will indicate the expected dispatch window on
the product/booking page.
3. Shipping destinations & delivery time-frames:
- Domestic (India): Estimated delivery is 4-7 business days after dispatch depending on the courier
and location.
- International: Estimated delivery is 10-21 business days after dispatch depending on destination,
customs clearance, and local postal services.
